| Large events more than 100 attendees: | $100.00 (up to 5 hours included) |
| Additional hours over the 5 hours: | $15.00 per hour |
| Dance Permit: | $50.00 |
| A $50.00 (refundable) cleaning deposit is required in addition to building fees | |
